The Mustad BBS Curved Shank Elite BBS Carp Hook is part of the world’s first series of BBS carp hooks that feature a laser welded built in rig ring. With this system, Mustad has made the process of properly rigging a boilie easy and efficient. Simply attach an elastic band to the small bait ring fixed to the hook. Next, thread a boilie on to a latch bait needle and grab the elastic loop. Then Pull the elastic through the boilie and place a boilie stop on the other side. Finally, remove the bait needle and you’re ready to go. The BBS Carp Hooks feature Mustad’s UltraPoint 4.8 technology, which is one of the sharpest hook points ever produced. Also implemented is a matte gray, non-reflective TitanX finish that won’t spook weary carp by reflecting light.
